Peg's Custom Teardrop
      Construction Continues, Bulkheads and Cabinets!!

I have the blocking cleaned up with the router, and all of the insulation in place.
I ran a "conduit", 1/2" PVC pipe, for the light switches.

Using the framing as a pattern, I trimmed the interior skins to size.

Here is the interior, trimmed to the framing. Note the openings where the bulkheads will be inserted.
I framed the door opening while I had the panel on the bench.
The skin on the rear section will be covered with finish ply as I build the galley seal system.

You can see the door framing.  I'll add a gasket to the frame, and the door will seal against it.

I'm building the doors in the same way as I did the wall panels. I clamped the work to a very flat bench to ensure a straight door.
Insulation and interior skins will be added once the glue has set.

The pile of pre-fabbed parts grows!!
Soon, I'll start assembling the body!

Like the walls, I added foam insulation and blocking. This blocking will support the door latch.

Here are the doors with the interior skins on, trimmed to shape.
