I have the blocking cleaned up with the router, and all of the insulation in place.
I ran a "conduit", 1/2" PVC pipe, for the light switches. |

Using the framing as a pattern, I trimmed the interior skins to size. |
Here is the interior, trimmed to the framing. Note the openings where the bulkheads will be inserted.
I framed the door opening while I had the panel on the bench.
The skin on the rear section will be covered with finish ply as I build the galley seal system. |

You can see the door framing. I'll add a gasket to the frame, and the door will seal against it. |
I'm
building the doors in the same way as I did the wall panels. I clamped
the work to a very flat bench to ensure a straight door.
Insulation and interior skins will be added once the glue has set. |
