Peg's Custom Teardrop
       Construction Continues...Wall framing!!

I assembled the second wall frame on top of the first.
Waxed paper keeps the frames from sticking together!

Using a pattern, I trimmed the frames to the actual size of the profile.
When I insulate the walls,I'll add extra blocking  to support the fenders, and to frame the top of the door openings.

Using a router and the pattern, I cut a ledge for the headliner to rest on once the walls are erected.

Here, you can see the frame and the ledge cut into it.

Here, I have the frames glued to the wall panels, and I've glued insulation and additional blocking in place.

This design will use the traditionally shaped door. I added blocking at the top of the opening. I'll trim this blocking to shape with a router, using the actual door opening in the exterior panel as a pattern.
